Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unwashed and unused bedding items. If your new threads aren't a perfect match for your space, we've made the exchange and return process simple and seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your unwashed, unused linens and place them back in their original reusable fabric pouches and shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
